Preparing your probate application
We will arrange a follow up telephone call to obtain the details from you. The forms are checked by our legal representatives and then sent to you by post or courier to be signed.
Obtaining your grant of probate
Once approval has been obtained from the High Court, your grant of probate will be in the post to you, you can start administering the estate by closing the bank accounts, paying the bills, and selling the house.
